Hello everyone!

My name is Vic, and I started Food For Days to share a little of my passion for food and how it improves my life in many different ways.

Because food is such a big part of my life, I never understood when people didn’t care much for it, but the truth is we all need to wat and life is too short not to care about food, so food for days is a space to help those not passionate about food get in touch with their inner cook and discover ways to fir cooking into their life without it taking over their lives.

Any change is hard in the beginning, but here you will find all the necessary things to help you make this change easier and make sure it sticks as a habit, not simply be a phase where you try something new.

Food for days is also about cooking in abundance. Cooking for multiple days or in multiple days, for multiple people, getting comfortable in spontaneously changing things, creating things, making cooking and eating not only fun but something you look forward to as part of your days.
