Semolina Pasta

Ingredients
500g semolina
250g water

Mix ingredients together until it forms a dough.
Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes then roll out the pasta and shape however you prefer.
Ensure pasta is well coated in semolina to avoid sticking to the bench then allow it to dry on a wooden surface covered with fabric for 24 hours before putting it in a container with no lid for another 24-48 hours to dry out completely.
After the 24 hours close it with an airtight lid to preserve.

When ready to eat, cook just like regular store bought pasta in boiling water.
