Sundried Tomato

Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Garlic
Basil
Olive oil
Salt
Slice tomatoes in halves or quarters depending on the size of your tomato.
Place them on a baking tray with a pinch of salt and place in the oven for about 4 hours or until semi dried.
Once dried, place the tomatoes in a jar with basil leaves and garlic to taste then cover with olive oil until fully covered.
Will stay good for months as long as oil covers ingredients. If ingredients exposed could cause mould to grow.
