Hot chocolate Sticks

Super fun one to make and even nicer to try make it in a few different flavours for a hot chocolate tasting kit 😋

2tbs Cocoa powder
100g Chocolate of your choice
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Optional:
Coconut sugar or maple syrup to taste
Mini Marshmallows
Peppermint extract (for choc-mint flavoured sticks
for white chocolate sticks - do not use cocoa powder

Melt the chocolate.
Add all the ingredients into the chocolate and stir until combined.
Divide the chocolate into 4 different segments of an ice cube tray and place a paddle pop stick or anything that can be used a handle. A teaspoon from an thrift store could also be a great option :)
Place in the fridge and allow to harden.
Pop them out by tugging on the stick
