Pesto

Very versatile, multipurpose and I am yet to meet someone who doesn’t like it.

Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
1 Basil bunch
100g of nuts of choice
pine nuts, walnuts, almonds
Olive Oil
Salt

Optional:
Parmesan

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mortar and pestle until you reach your desired consistency.
Store in a glass jar and top up with oil as needed until everything is submerged.
