Mustard
There is really no easier condiment to make from scratch than this. All you need is 3 ingredients and you’re good to go!
Use it just like you would any store bought mustard or season it and customise it to your or who you are gifting to liking.

Ingredients:
1 cup Mustard seeds (yellow and brown if possible)
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
Water
1tsp salt
Optional
garlic
1tsp turmeric powder (for colour)
Place salt, mustard seeds and vinegar in a jar, then cover with water.
Allow the seeds to absorb the water and begin to ferment for 3-5 days - longer if you would like a mustard stronger in taste.
After 5 days, blend to your desired consistency and season if you like. To achieve a very smooth mustard, you may have to add splashes of water at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
